Leap Into The Abyss
A downloadable game for Windows
This game is about jumping down a huge abyss while dodging a bunch of sawblades on the way down. Once you're at the bottom you get the option to either climb up the ladder, or jump again. Considering your score becomes higher the deeper you go it might be tempting to go for another jump, but dying means you will lose your score! Because the way the saws are placed is random for every jump, there's no way to tell in advance how difficult it will be so you have to "roll the dice" and hope for the best. Every jump is a gamble that can make or break your score!

Install instructions
1: Download the zip file found on this page.
2: Unzip the file.
3: Run "Leap Into The Abyss.exe".

Never trust a sawblade....
I found a bug where you can just keep pressing space to fly infinitely into the sky!
Huh, really? Does it happen when you go outside the screen on the first jump or is it something else?
It's shortly after the initial jump, instead of falling down into the abyss if you just keep pressing space you'll move upwards instead. The high score system doesn't seem to be working either :(
Weird, for me it doesn't seem to happen. Sadly I can't fix it now anymore anyways. For the high score system keep in mind that only climbing the ladder will save your score and dying won't, it's a risk vs reward decision where you need to "roll the dice" ;P
